Where are the Colorado "insurgents"?

No they aren't. A madman on a rampage in Iraq, for example, would be dealt with by the locals simply by using overwhelming force immediately and end it soon after it started.

But, we can't do that here. Our police have to attempt to 'reason' with the criminals. Who knows how much damage this guy will end up doing. Call out the damn military and have one RPG shot right into this loser. If they can stop our tanks, then can certainly stop a 'fortified' bulldozer.
