Portugal talks tough to terrorists!!!!

"Behave yourselves or we are pulling out of Iraq!" Wow, that will scare them. Telling them if the situtation worsens troops will be pulled out, which is what the terrorists want, will encourage them to do exactly that, make things worse. Guess we shouldn't be surprised, since Portugal is next to Spain, and they caved to the savages.
